Return Policy

(Attention: This policy does not include commissioned work; please see commission page for details regarding commissions)

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  The cost of returning the artwork is the responsibility of the collector/client (shipping will not be paid by the artist/Nicci Sevier-Vuyk LLC).

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Nicci Sevier-Vuyk LLC and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

Seven (7) days to contact us about your request to return the work (contact Nicci@nicciseviervuyk.com or call 832-265-5126)

Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.*** You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work (Commissioned work cannot be returned)

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at Nicci@nicciseviervuyk.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the artwork. Make sure that you request a signiture for delivery. If the artwork does not arrive back at the studio no refund will be given. Please contact me for advice if needed.

Step 3 – Email Nicci@nicciseviervuyk.com to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches us, Nicci Sevier-Vuyk LLC will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (NO exception to this rule). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

E-commerce/Commerce: We offer products/services for sale on this site using Squarespace.com. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with STRIPE to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. Please refer to STRIPE’s privacy policy about what the share specifically. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, see our return and refund policy. In case of purchase in person we accept credit card payments and cash only. No personal or business checks, cashiers checks, travelers checks or money orders can be accepted.

Comments: This site allows users to comment but profanity and abuse will not be tolerated and the commentor will be banned and the comment deleted.

Intellectual Property: This site contains intellectual property owned by Nicci Sevier-Vuyk, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. However, we want you to share our content. Please use our social media links and provide credit to the artist, Nicci Sevier-Vuyk nicciseviervuyk.com. Changes: These terms were last updated 02/2022. When the Terms of Serivce are update you will be notified by email if you are a newletter subscriber, otherwise an announcement banner will be present for one week before and one month after any change in terms of service.

Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States of America. We do not currently offer international shipping as a standard shipping offer. Should you desire shipping outside the USA please email me and we can discuss the possibilities.

Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. Signiture for delivery is required for all purchases. If you request no signiture at delivery (offered ONLY on items less than $100) then you are accepting the risk, and refund or replacement may not be available. All shipping and handling prices are quoted in United States dollars. No C.O.D. orders can be accepted. We will not ship to PO Boxes.

For some items shipping and handling is included; this is only offered for delivery within the United States.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

All orders of original artworks and prints are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nicci@nicciseviervuyk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
